I'm having difficulty navigating the SmoothToy website. How can I improve this?
For optimal use of the SmoothToy website and its functions, please make sure you are using your browser’s newest available versions (we recommend Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Edge & Safari). You should also try clearing your browser cookies and cache.
Can a coupon be used on top of other coupons or discounts?
Unless specified, coupons are not stackable with other promotional offers. They apply to any item in the currently active promotion but are calculated from the total, non-discounted product price.
Can I apply several coupon codes on one order?
It is not possible to apply more than one coupon code per order. But only the sky is the limit when it comes to the number of orders you can make.
How do I track my order?
All shipping information will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase is shipped. Please use the link included in the email to track your delivery directly on the delivery company webpage. If the link is not responsive for any reason, please access the web page of the delivery company and enter the tracking number manually to verify the status of your delivery.
What payment methods are available?
SmoothToy accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: PayPal and debit card.
What are the delivery costs and options?
We offer a number of delivery options which vary in cost depending on how quickly you want your order to arrive.

Can I return or exchange a SmoothToy product?
You have 30 days from the day of purchase to return items to us for your money back. Unopened, unused or unworn products that have packaging or tags intact are eligible for this type of return. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges. Returns are sent through USPS.

Is your packaging discrete?
Your discretion is essential to us, so we made sure our packages come in plain cardboard without any big letters and logos. However, due to law and various customs regulations, and international inspections, the waybill label must contain written information about the sender, which comes in tiny letters.
